KSM-66 ashwagandha is the headline, a clinically studied extract used for stress and sleep quality. Alongside it sit GABA and L-theanine, both of which work on the calming side of the nervous system, and magnesium citrate, a well absorbed form associated with muscle relaxation and sleep.
The collagen is not incidental. The body does most of its repair work overnight, so an evening dose is arguably better timed than a morning one.
