Innovative Primer Technology and 3D Instant Lift technology (purified tapioca extract) form a non-occlusive “elastic” microfilm to even out skin imperfections. Vitamin B3 moisturizes and strengthens the skin’s natural barrier layer, counteracts loss of tone by stimulating elastin production and regulates melanin production to a more even complexion.

Apply over the entire face a few seconds before the foundation is applied.  It can be applied around the eye area and on the lips as well.
