Marine collagen is the one to reach for when skin is the priority. It is Type I, the dominant collagen in skin, and it comes from fish rather than cattle, which gives it a smaller molecular weight than bovine collagen.
Oceanglo is hydrolysed, so the collagen arrives already broken into short peptide chains the body can absorb rather than simply digest as protein.
It is unflavoured and dissolves into anything, hot or cold, without changing the taste.
Choose this over Glotrition if skin is your main concern, or if you avoid beef. Choose Glotrition if you want the broader joint, bone and gut support as well. Plenty of people alternate between the two.
