If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, opened skincare, cosmetics, or beauty tools cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or cause a severe reaction.
