We want you to love every product you purchase from The Beauty Brand. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, opened skincare, cosmetics, or beauty tools cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or cause a severe reaction. For any issues, including damaged items or skin reactions, please email maureen@thebeautybrand.co.za within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a refund, exchange, or store credit in line with our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
